What started out as a fun hobby to reconnect with a tradition older than recorded history quickly turned into an obsession after his first Meads were nearly undrinkable. Determined to make a Mead that was as good as the best of them this obsession is what took a "way to save money on drinks" into a full fledged Meadery that has gotten rave reviews from Mead drinkers all over the world!
